Gong Meditation with Jana Scalzitti
Relax effortlessly with this deeply healing session – let the gong and gifted teacher Jana Scalzitti do all the work! The purest of vibrational sounds, the gong has been used for thousands of years because of its virtually instant power to release the mind from thought. Within 90 seconds of the gong being played, the mind moves naturally into a meditative state. The gong’s vibrations wash over and through the cells of the body, releasing blocks, stimulating circulation, and helping us come into balance physically, mentally and emotionally with no effort on our part whatsoever.

Vibrational Therapy with Jesus Olivan
Vibrational therapy is based on the scientific principle that all matter vibrates to a precise frequency. By using various stimuli with resonant vibration, the balance of matter – including physical, mental and emotional well-being – can be restored, and changes are measurable.
Trained in a broad variety of modalities, Jesus integrates such therapies as Reiki and Shamballa energy, gemstone therapy, color therapy, and sound therapies, including singing bowls, Tibetan chimes, and the Australian didgeridoo.
He is most passionate about his extraordinary collection of healing gemstones and the powerful results they achieve. “I work with the stones, and they work with me. We are a team,” he says. Jesus is dedicated to helping his clients not only come into balance on all levels, but also find an unshakable place of peace and clarity as they move through life’s daily challenges.

Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression
with Brittany Verrette
A past life regression hypnotherapy session takes the mind to a relaxed state where memories and emotions locked within the subconscious can come forward. Through safe, guided recall, clients perceive and understand past events and the role these events played in the shaping of their lives. When this understanding takes place, clients experience an energy release in which intense feelings connected to trauma from the past are dissolved. Past life regression can have a profound and positive influence on current physical, mental and emotional issues.
Brittany is a gifted healer and educator with undergraduate and Master's degrees from the University of Illinois, Champaign. She left a traditional teaching career when she realized her calling—to help others know themselves fully so they may find their own inner peace.
She studied hypnotherapy with The Wellness Institute. As a Reiki Master Teacher and hypnotherapist, her passion is for helping people heal on deep, emotional levels. She is also an Akashic Records reader and a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. In each class, teacher Jana Scalzitti incorporates a mixture of breath, postures, mantra, relaxation and meditation to establish an enlightened relationship between the body, soul and mind. Kundalini Yoga stimulates and aligns the body to assist the mind to retreat into a deep meditative state. A meditative mind allows us to become calm, clear and relaxed. Deep states of meditation can increase awareness to explore one's own inner dimensions, depth, nature and potential as a human being. The benefits of Kundalini yoga include: increased muscle flexibility and circulation, release of stress and tension with improved mental clarity, proper glandular and hormonal balance to promote the body's natural functions, increased function of the body's immune system.

Hatha Yoga
with Dasha Shor
Gifted teacher Dasha Shor teaches you how to connect to the breath and the body, to create healing, opening and expansion through movement. Hatha yoga helps you balance mind and body via physical postures or "asanas,” controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Improved balance, strength, better physical health, and stress reduction are among the many benefits of hatha yoga. No previous yoga experience is necessary, beginners welcome. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own mat. Private prenatal sessions with Dasha are also available by appointment.
